During my time at Bee Video Production, I wore every hat available to me and learned every skill I could. The result was an excellent working relationship with our owner and quite a few projects that bring me pride! Some of the highlights of my time at Bee Video can be found below, but over the course of my year and a half there, I worked on dozens of projects, both individually and within teams.
Toronto Zoo
This is a still from a long-term animation project that I did for the Toronto Zoo's orangutan exhibit. It is currently being exhibited outside of the orangutan habitat. I did the majority of both illustration and animation for this project, and was responsible for collaborating with caretakers at the Zoo to ensure clarity of information and realism.
Royal Bank of Canada
These are stills of an animation project that I created for RBC, to supplement their online brand content. I used art assets from the RBC brand guide and worked closely with a QC supervisor at RBC to complete this project.
Invafresh
A project I worked on for Invafresh, a technology solution to fruit and vegetable waste in grocery store inventories. This video was a mix of animation and kinetic typography to create an energetic and fun video that keeps the viewer engaged.
Untitled Thrifting Project
This is a still from a video I worked on for an upcycling fashion company. The project was unfortunately abandoned during a change in the company, but remains a piece that I'm very happy with. I did most of the illustration and animation on this piece.
"Explanation of Benefits" Explainer Video
In this project, I worked with a plugin for After Effects called "Individeo", which allows clients to customize their video content for their individual end users. I used Individeo for a couple of other projects at Bee Video, and am now proficient in this software. In addition to the coding of Individeo variables, I did all of the illustration and animation for this video.
